Return/Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation. Stock Items: All stock items returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee. Custom Printed Items: cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Shandy Creative Solutions reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
